Write an article every weekday. Pick a story with a strong hook. Tie in a lesson.
Publish it somewhere - your blog, Substack, Medium, LinkedIn.
Make it short and sweet with real value nuggets.
Add a CTA to your email newsletter.
2. Send Email
Write a deep-dive weekly email with action steps that solve a real problem.
Base your newsletter on whatever weekday article gets most engagement.
Or better yet – write on Substack and send it to your email list automatically.
You don’t need 10,000 subscribers. You just need momentum.
1000 subs will do if they're engaged.
3. Make Offer
Soft sell your offer in your email.
What's in it for them? Link to your product or service that solves their problem.
Whatever it is - put it in front of them.
You’ve earned their attention and trust - now help them take action.
Then?
Repeat.
Article → Email → Offer.
Week after week.
This is the system you build when you’re done chasing hacks.
