Coaching Terms & Refund Policy


It’s essential that you’re satisfied with the Content Champion Coaching Programme. If you have any questions about how it all works, please email coaching [at] content champion [dot] com.


The coaching programme carries a minimum 6 month commitment. After this, you’ll be put on a month-to-month plan where you can stay with us even longer but can cancel at any time.


You are allowed two reschedules in every 6 month period, with a potential refund available if you absolutely cannot attend the coaching session in any given month. We require 24 hours notice to reschedule a session - if you miss a coaching call without letting us know, then the full payment will be taken.

After your two reschedules are used, if you miss another coaching session or have to reschedule for another month, you will not be refunded for the month that was missed.

Payments & Refunds

Once your payment has been processed and you have taken any session, it won't be refunded. Equally, if you do not let us know you need to reschedule a session within 24 hours of the call, we will take full payment.

If you decide to leave the programme after your 6 month commitment, you will have up to 60 days to use any remaining session credits.

If you decide within 30 days of signing up that you no longer wish to continue the programme, you will be entitled to cancel. However, if you’ve already used your coaching session a refund is not offered (since the service has already been rendered).

You must request any refund, rescheduling and programme cancellation by emailing us at coaching [at] content champion [dot] com. No refunds or cancellations are available after your 30 day period until your 6th session.
